XtraKlear is looking for a reliable, motivated, and hands-on Lead Technician to support daily service operations and help maintain the high standard of quality our clients expect. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers and team members, and is comfortable leading by example on a variety of residential and exterior service projects. As a core member of the XtraKlear team, the Lead Technician will help ensure each job is completed safely, efficiently, professionally, and with close attention to detail.

The Lead Technician will be responsible for a range of field services, including power washing, gutter cleaning, junk removal, transportation of materials to the dumpsite, product pickup and delivery, plus general support. This position will also assist the Owner, Riley Gee, with day-to-day operations, customer communication, organizing job details, and helping coordinate the team when required. Strong organization, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage physical work in different outdoor conditions are important for success in this role.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee power washing, gutter cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services
• Assist with junk removal, loading, hauling, and transportation to approved disposal locations
• Complete pickup and delivery of company products, supplies, tools, and materials
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safety-focused job site
• Assist Owner Riley Gee with field operations, client service, and general company support
• Lead by example with strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
